Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply when you request a quote or book junk removal services with JunkRanger Canada in Toronto and the GTA.
Quotes and estimates
Online and phone estimates are preliminary. Final pricing may change based on actual load volume, material type, access conditions, labor requirements, and restricted disposal items identified on site.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate job information, safe access to the pickup area, and clear disclosure of any hazardous, restricted, or unusually heavy materials before service begins.
Scheduling and availability
Requested service dates and same-day appointments are subject to crew availability, weather, traffic, and operational constraints. We may reschedule when necessary.
Prohibited items
We may refuse items that are hazardous, illegal, contaminated, explosive, or otherwise restricted by law, disposal policy, or safety requirements.
Payments
Payment is due according to the agreed service terms once the work is completed, unless another arrangement is confirmed in advance.
